Description

The Kitchen Cabin is the heart of Blue Jay Farm. Rebuilt in 2001, it retains the charm of the cabin that my family loved in the 1950’s. It is a one room log cabin that houses a full kitchen and wraparound porch with ping-pong, air hockey, and board games. Enjoy the view of the lake while rocking away. The Kitchen Cabin is great for larger groups to use as an additional cabin for cooking and hanging out. When the weather is nice, kids enjoy sleeping on the porch. The Kitchen Cabin is available for day groups, birthday party, baby or wedding showers. Suitable for groups up to 12 persons for inside activity only and up to 30 persons for inside/outside activity. Cabin guests have unlimited free access to kitchen for recreation

Updated Rental Policy

March 15 – Nov. 1, on weekends (Friday or Saturday) single night rentals will have a surcharge. $40 for the First Cabin and $60 for the Rock House. If a request is made for the other night, then the surcharge will be refunded.
Overnight Guests are welcome to have other guests visit during the day and evening. However, we request that you inform us in advance of their arrival. A day usage charge of $15/ person will apply.
**Rock House nightly rates apply to 3-4 guests. $15/Person additional up to 10 persons. 1-2 persons discounted rate of $135 / night.
*Old Cabin nightly rate applies to 1-3 guests, $15 per additional guest.
** Rental fee to large groups that utilize the Kitchen for cooking and eating during the stay. No charge for regular recreational use. Please consult with Susie.
Friendly dogs are welcome. Pet fee depends on the size of the dog, $30 and up.
Check-in and Checkout times are very flexible.

Reservations Rental Policy

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. Cancellations made at least one week before your scheduled stay will receive a full refund. If you cancel within one week of your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook the cabin for your reserved dates.

Please note: For holiday periods, including Labor Day, Memorial Day, and the 4th of July, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
